Delete your account

Use this page to request deletion of your Learn & Earn account and the personal data we hold about you. Your request is reviewed by our support team. Below you'll find exactly what we delete, what we're required to retain, and how long the process takes.

What we delete

  • Your account profile (name, email, language preferences)
  • Your learning history — lessons completed, phrases practised, video progress, and pronunciation submissions
  • In-app preferences and saved settings
  • Any uploaded content tied to your account

What we retain and why

  • Wallet and transaction ledger entries are kept for up to 7 years to meet legal, tax, and financial-audit obligations.
  • Aggregated and anonymised analytics that no longer identify you may be retained for product-improvement purposes.

How long it takes

We acknowledge requests within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days, unless a legal hold requires us to keep specific records longer.

How to follow up

You'll receive a confirmation email from support@learnandearn.io. Reply to that email for any questions about the status of your request.
